If your project is Strata Titled we are more than happy for the Building Manager with a Letting Agreement to manage the properties within the complex or if no Letting Agreement is in place a local OzLease accredited Real Estate Property Manager can be appointed.
Your Development project can be pre-approved by OzLease which will give you the comfort of marketing your development with the inclusion of the JDT-OZLEASE Leaseback Guarantee.
Request an assessment of the suitability for a property or properties to gain entry to the JDT- OZLEASE 10 Year Leaseback Program by submitting to OzLease the following, as required;
Provide OzLease with the proposed “Off the Plan” property details of yet to be constructed properties or Development Projects that are to be constructed in the future.
Provide OzLease with the details of any marketing material that will be used in advertising to the public and seek approval from OzLease.
Obtain OzLease acceptance for the proposed properties.
Market your properties with the inclusion of the OZLEASE 10 Year Leaseback Program.
Existing Properties are older established properties/newly constructed properties and “Off the Plan” properties that are reaching construction lockup stage.
Provide OzLease with the following:
Obtain OzLease acceptance of the property and the accreditation of the property manager.
