OzLease will continue to pay you MONTHLY RENT even*:

  • if the property is vacant at any time during the 10 Years
  • If the tenant doesn't pay their rent
  • If the tenant is late paying their rent

How it works

Step 1

The property owner enters into a Lease with OzLease who in turn Sub-Leases the property to the actual tenant.

Step 2

In conjunction with your Property Manager OzLease manages the property on a day to day basis.

Step 3

The rental income for your property is determined based on market rents for similar properties in your area.

Step 4

Your rental income, less rental expenditure is paid to you by electronic transfer each month for 10 years.
